Subordination Agreements
Listed below are subordination agreements for each state. Please complete all of
the fields shown in gray by entering appropriate information from our original Deed
of Trust/Retention Agreement. The recorded agreement is typically returned to the
first lien holder, so please enter the first lien holder’s address in the appropriate
field in the upper left hand corner. The notary acknowledgement at the bottom of
the page is for Seattle Bank use only. Please provide your mailing address, so that
we can return the signed agreement to you. We typically send by U.S. mail; if you
prefer overnight delivery, please provide us with a UPS or FedEx shipping label.
