CAUTIONARY NOTE: The information contained in this Website (“Website”) does

Your access and use of this Website, which is owned and operated by the Seattle
Bank, is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and all
applicable laws. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website, you accept
and agree to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please immediately
exit this Website. References to “you or “your” shall relate to any party that
accesses, browses, or uses the Website.
- Purpose; User ID and Passwords. The Seattle Bank maintains the
Website for your information, education, and communication, and to conduct certain
banking and other transactions with an approved institution. These transactions
include the use of the Seattle Bank’s Affordable Housing Program, Home$tart Program,
and other products and applications. With respect to the Website, an approved institution
and its employees must follow all related agreements, guides, policies, and procedures,
including without limitation, the User ID and Password Controls that are established
by the Seattle Bank from time to time. All User IDs and passwords are assigned to
or by one or more individuals at an approved institution who have each been authorized
by that institution to access information , conduct transactions, and /or engage
in communications with the Seattle Bank on behalf of his or her institution. The
User IDs and passwords must be kept confidential, and must not be shared with another
individual, another institution, or other party. The password shall consist of 8
(eight) or more characters, containing alphabetical, numerical and special characters.
The password will be changed every forty-five (45) days. The Seattle Bank reserves
the right to revoke access to the Website at anytime and without notice in its
sole and absolute discretion.
- Limited Access License. You have a limited license to access, browse,
or use the Website. Unless otherwise authorized by the Seattle Bank, you may not
download (other than page caching) material displayed on the Website. Except as
otherwise set forth below, you may not create links to, distribute, modify, transmit,
reuse, report, or use the contents of the Website, including the text, images,
audio, and video, for public or commercial purposes, without the Seattle Bank’s
expressed written permission. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive
license to create a hyperlink to the homepage of the Website so long as the link
does not portray the Seattle Bank or its products and services in a manner that
is unacceptable to the Seattle Bank in its sole and absolute discretion. Any unauthorized
use of this Website by you terminates the limited licenses that you have been given
