    Important Announcement

    The Seattle Bank has implemented its new Credit and Collateral Management System (CCMS) and updated borrowing capacity rates (BCRs) for most collateral types.

    • The BCRs for loan collateral pledged under the Blanket Pledge and Physical Possession collateral arrangements have been updated to remove the market-value component as that is now applied separately through CCMS.
    • BCRs for all collateral types have been updated to reflect current liquidation values. The net results of these rate updates are either flat or positive for each collateral type.
