Corporate Governance

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle (Seattle Bank) is committed to the highest standards of ethical, moral, and legal conduct. The resources below are provided to help our members and the general public better understand our corporate governance standards and oversight.

Financial Instruments Fraud Reporting

We encourage our members, housing associates, Affordable Housing Program (AHP) sponsors, vendors, counterparties, contractors, and any other third parties with whom we do business to support the bank’s efforts in addressing fraud by immediately providing notification of any suspected fraudulent activity in relation to their dealings with the Seattle Bank, whether it occurs inside or outside of the bank. These dealings include participation in the AHP, investment purchases, the pledging of collateral securing advances, and any other business interactions.

Should you discover or suspect an instance of fraud related to a Seattle Bank business transaction, please visit our confidential whistleblower website, hosted by EthicsPoint, to file a report.
