As a Seattle Bank member participating in our Home$tart Program, you are well aware of the benefits this program provides, including downpayment assistance for first-time homebuyers – your customers – and deposit growth opportunities for your financial institution.
Join Community Investment Officer Jennifer Ernst and Senior Community Programs Analyst Tracy Brewer to learn more about the 2008 Home$tart Program, including our 2008 allocation strategy, qualifying homebuyers, and post-disbursement requirements. Jennifer and Tracy will also discuss changes that have been made for the 2008 program year, as well as how to efficiently and effectively:
- Calculate annual household income for Home$tart eligibility
- Enroll a Home$tart homebuyer
- Submit a Home$tart disbursement request
