Getting Started with Online Services
A complimentary Web Seminar for Seattle Bank members.
This Web seminar was presented by the Seattle Bank's Vice President of Member Operations Karen Mefford, and Assistant Vice President and Collateral Manager Lisa Jones on April 16, 2008.
With our new Online Services application, Seattle Bank members can access a broad range of information regarding their institution’s activity with the Seattle Bank. Online Services expands on the information available through our Customer Account Activity (CAA) system to include your capital stock, advances, deposits and securities, and credit and collateral positions, all in one secure, Web-based system.
The key feature of Online Services is the User Account Management (UAM) system, which allows you to directly manage your users’ access to our Online Services. You can add new users, update their information, or reset their passwords all from the comforts of your own computer!
