Seattle Bank Web Seminar Series: The 2009 AHP Application Process
A complimentary Web seminar for Seattle Bank members and AHP project sponsors.

The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) provides subsidy to member financial institutions and their community sponsors to acquire, construct, or rehabilitate affordable rental or owner-occupied housing for low- and moderate-income households.

The 2009 AHP Funding Round will provide at least $2.6 million for affordable housing, and total AHP awards may amount to approximately $4 million. Requests for AHP subsidy are submitted using an online application, which is due no later than August 3, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

During this Web seminar series, presented by Seattle Bank Community Investment Project Manager Steve Johnson, you will learn about the 2009 AHP application process, how to successfully submit an AHP application, and how to avoid the common mistakes that may hinder your project's competitiveness.

It is recommended that all registrants view the first seminar and view the second and/or third seminar, based on the type of project(s) your application(s) will support. We also recommend that community sponsors establish a relationship with a Seattle Bank member institution as soon as possible because it is the member that will submit the AHP application on the sponsor’s behalf.

This event is free to all Seattle Bank members and AHP project sponsors.
