The 2012 AHP Application Process
A complimentary web archive for Seattle Bank members

The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) provides subsidy to Seattle Bank members on behalf of project sponsors to acquire, construct, or rehabilitate affordable rental or owner-occupied housing for low- and moderate-income households.

The 2012 AHP Funding Round will provide at least $5.3 million for affordable housing. Requests for AHP subsidy are submitted using an online application, which is due no later than August 1, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

How can you prepare to submit your application for an AHP award? Plan to attend our upcoming web seminar series, The 2012 AHP Application Process.

During this web seminar series, presented by the Seattle Bank's AHP Project Manager Steve Johnson, you will learn about the 2012 AHP application process and scoring criteria, and how to avoid common mistakes that may hinder your project's competitiveness.
