Online Month-End Statements Reminder

With the launch of our Web-based Online Services application in the spring of 2008, your institution’s monthly statements from the Seattle Bank have been available online, on the first business day of the month, in both a printable and a downloadable format. Since that time, we have provided this service, along with printed copies of your statements, at no charge to your institution.

We will continue to provide access to your online statements at no charge. As we announced on October 26, 2009, however, the Seattle Bank will begin charging a fee of $65.00 per month for each printed statement, effective January 31, 2010.

If you wish to continue receiving a printed statement, please contact our Member Services Department on or before January 31, 2010, to request that your statements be mailed and to make arrangements for billing. As is currently the case, you will be able to expect delivery during the first few days of each month.
