2010 Membership Stock Verification – Request for Information

Dear Seattle Bank Members,
In accordance with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle Capital Plan, the Seattle
Bank is required to calculate the membership requirement of each of its stockholder
institutions on an annual basis.
To help with our 2010 membership stock verification, we ask that you complete the
2010 stock requirement worksheet appropriate for your institution and fax it to
our Member Services Department no later than March 26, 2010. The forms can be found
on the Member Services/Forms and Manuals/Capital Stock page on
our Web site (www.fhlbsea.com).
Your 2010 membership stock requirement will go into effect on April 1, 2010, unless
you are otherwise notified. If your institution’s requirement increases, you will
have until April 30, 2010 to satisfy the new requirement.
