In today’s highly competitive business environment, strategic planning is as critical
as ever. It is your opportunity to clearly define your objectives, assess your internal
and external environments, and formulate a strategy. And once implemented, your
strategic plan provides a basis for evaluating your progress and adjusting as necessary
to stay on track. In short, strategic planning is your opportunity to get it right.
The Seattle Bank’s upcoming educational series is designed to help by addressing
key elements of the strategic planning process. Most of the sessions will be offered
in a Web seminar format and at no charge to Seattle Bank members. The Credit Seminars,
which will be hosted in several locations across our district, will require a fee
of $35. You may register for all of the following events, or only those that are
of particular interest to you.
